To the best of my knowledge....YES and I say that because I had to pay tax on that old 76 I bought that I did not register.

That was because you live in PA and probably bought in PA.
I can buy in PA and not pay tax until I register it here - or - file for a title. |

Update, I purchased one in Florida and it arrived via transport yesterday. Been a busy couple weeks since I just got back from Florida but I'll post pictures and details when I get a chance. The car was not registered here but I will when time allows.
I want to thank Jetz and Z16Dave for your help as well as the other members that replied to this thread.

Been awhile since I've been on here Frank, but a BIG congrats, I can't wait to see it.
